 Family Fare Returns Policy

100% Return - If not satisfied for any reason.

If after you purchase a product online from Family Fare we will give you a 100% refund if you change your mind for
any reason and return the product to Family Fare within 14 days of the date of purchase.

This refund is available to customers on condition that the product is in its original packaging and in a saleable
condition when returned to Family Fare.
The shipping cost of the product return to Family Fare is payable by the purchaser.

Damaged Goods
If a product is damaged in transit please contact Family Fare as soon as possible and we will arrange for a replacement
product or refund at no cost to the customer.

Faulty Goods

If faulty goods arrive to you then please contact us as soon as possible and we will
arrange for a replacement product of refund at no cost to the customer.

Product Inspection

All returned goods will be inspected by a member of the Family Fare customer servcice team.

Accidental Damage

If during use of a product , the customer accidentally damages a product,then please contact us and we will be
happy to advise you about the repair of the product.

Warranty

All product sold on the Family Fare website are covered by standard manufacturers warranty.

Safety Standard

All product sold on the Family Fare website meet the required safety standards.
